Responsibilities:
- Support and execute strategic customer service initiatives and promotional activities
- Monitor weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition
- Participate in training programs and apply acquired skills to deliver exceptional results
- Communicate professionally with peers, clients, and management
